I have a question about my order. How can I get in touch?

What is your return policy?

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept any returns/exchanges. All sales are final.

Can I get a refund?

If your package has been sent back to us due to your address not being correct, will refund you back in full the total of the items that you've purchased before shipping was added. We do not refund back your shipping costs, unfortunately.

If there is a product flaw, please reach out to us with pictures so that we can discuss potential refunds.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you accidentally placed an order that you didn't mean to place, you can reach out to us to cancel it or change it.

If you want to add to your order, you will have to order again from our website and include in the notes/instructions that you have placed two or more orders so that we can ship your complete order in one package. Thank you!

We HIGHLY recommend to do a small patch test for any allergic reactions as we are not responsible for any reactions to our products. There is an ingredient list in the product description as well for your convenience.

While we have added Preservative Cap-5 to help stop bacteria growth, we suggest the product to be used within 7-12 months after purchase for best product quality.

What are all the ingredients with long names added into the gloss?

Yes, there's a few hard-to-pronounce ingredients added into our products, but they are necessary to ensure you are receiving the highest-quality product possible. Here's a breakdown of them:

- Hydrogenated Polyisobutene: A clear liquid used to make lip products silkier. This product is vegan.

- Preservative Cap-5: A paraben-free and formaldehyde-free preservative that protects our products from a bunch of nasties.This product is also vegan.
